In our last letter, I told you about our formulas for smoothing the skin on the thighs, among other things ;). Here they are explained and summarized . Moreover, we were able to discuss the great experiences to live to improve the appearance of our skin in this Myths & Realities program with Jean-Yves & Nathalie presented last night.   • Before shampooing: Lemon balm and/or La Soyeuse
  • Shampoo & Conditioner (real hair masks leaving our hair incredibly silky) of your choice (all silicone-free)
  • After: Hair water - as desired - or La Lissante (hyaluronic acid for the ends, which can also be used on the face!)

Live on Monday, I visited the beautiful MJ Aylmer with you: a tour of the store and the infrared sauna.
Here I present my tips for regaining a beautiful oval, toned, smoothed, densified skin :

Caution! We don't start with such powerful, 100% active treatments, our skin is not used to them! The cleansing oil , a floral water & the enhancer are enough to allow adaptation to this quality, purity and activity.

  • I would add to these beauty treatments that the stretching also "lifted" my skin

What if we talked about detox?
Wonderful ready-made menu, with this perfect starter set , a bulk salad and you can add: muffin mix, snack square, yellow juice... To take as follows:

  • On an empty stomach: yellow or lemon juice then fiber
  • Lunch: Chocolate protein shake with MCT (if you're hungry: muffin or square)
  • Invigorating before meals or when moving or sweating: my drink of youth ( Complete , Collagen , MCT )
  • Lunch & dinner: salad with whatever you want (veggie burger (new in the meal box)? nuts? apple & avocado?)


Feel free to eat whatever you like after the salad! It will replace the starchy foods you want to avoid, but you can also rely on your favorite homemade protein sources and healthy fats!
