Where to experience it?
The MJ Thermal Circuit
Tailor-made, adaptable to your desires and needs for a unique experience of relaxation or revitalization
The Shower
Before beginning your MJ thermal circuit, we recommend taking a shower to properly prepare your body. This step helps remove impurities while opening your pores. Cleansing yourself optimizes the effectiveness of the sweating process. Clean skin, ready to sweat, will allow you to better enjoy the detoxifying, relaxing, and regenerating benefits of this ritual.
The Dry Sauna
The circuit begins with the dry sauna, a serene space where the gentle, enveloping heat promotes relaxation. Upon entering, the body is greeted by a soothing atmosphere that stimulates blood circulation and opens pores. This first step helps detoxify the skin and release muscle tension, providing a moment of well-being conducive to relaxation. 6 You can start with the dry sauna, or choose to alternate with the steam bath according to your preferences.
The Cold Bath
After enjoying the benefits of a sauna or steam bath, the next step is a cold bath. This revitalizing contrast helps tone the skin and stimulate circulation. Contact with cold water provides a feeling of awakening and lightness, contrasting with the previous heat. This step helps strengthen the immune system and revitalize the body, while providing a pleasant sensation of freshness.
The Steam Bath
The third step of the circuit is the steam bath, where moist heat envelops the body in a serene atmosphere. The warm steam helps hydrate the skin and eliminate toxins, while opening the airways. This is an ideal moment to relax deeply, letting tension evaporate. Essential oils can be added to enrich the sensory experience, creating a cocoon of well-being. As with the sauna, this step can be done before or after the cold bath, as desired.
The Recovery
One of the joys of this experience is the ability to repeat the circuit as many times as desired. Whether to prolong the relaxation or intensify the benefits, everyone can adapt the circuit to their own pace and desires. Continuing the cycle deepens the feeling of well-being and offers total immersion in the hammam.
