Creating an account on our website is quick and easy. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Go to the registration page :
    On desktop: Click the person icon in the top right corner of the menu, then click “Log in / Sign up.”
    On phone: Open the menu via the three lines at the top left, then click on “Log in / Register”.
  2. Complete the registration form : follow the instructions by entering your personal information (name, email address, password, etc.).
  3. Confirm your registration : Check your inbox. A confirmation email will be sent to you – click the link inside to activate your account.

You can easily update your information from your customer area. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your account:
    Click the “Login / Register” button at the top of the page to access your profile.
  2. Access your profile:
    Once logged in, click on your account icon located in the upper right corner, then select “Profile” from the drop-down menu.
  3. Modify your information:
    On your profile page, click the pencil icon next to the information you want to edit. Make your changes and save them.

You do not need a password to access your account.

For security and convenience, we use a login system that uses a verification code sent via email. Each time you log in, a temporary code is sent to the email address associated with your account.

So there are no passwords to remember or change!

If you wish to delete your account, simply contact our customer service.

Our team will process your request as soon as possible.

Important: Deleting your account is permanent. All your points, personal data, orders, and history will be deleted.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use this number to track the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.

Typical delivery times are 3 to 7 business days, depending on location and delivery method chosen.
We process orders within 24 to 48 hours. Once the order is processed and handed over to the carrier, you should expect between 3 and 7 business days.

On average, international delivery times are 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country and the delivery method selected.

Maison Jacynthe accepts returns only in cases of skin reactions, allergies, defective products, unused and damaged products within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate the return process for an order placed on the website, please contact our customer service at info@maisonjacynthe.ca and provide the following details:

  • Description of the problem
  • Order number
  • Name of the damaged product(s)
  • Proof of purchase (invoice and/or confirmation email)
  • Supporting evidence (photo/video)

Please note that for hygiene reasons, products cannot be returned or exchanged, and all purchases made are considered final sales.

If a product causes a skin reaction or allergy, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@maisonjacynthe.ca.

Specify the nature of the problem encountered and provide details. Although we cannot offer a refund, we will exchange your defective product.

It is imperative that customers contact our customer service for any exchange requests for orders placed via the website. Once notified, we will inform the store staff of your visit. If you are unable to visit one of our stores to process the exchange, please contact us.

In case of a shipping error or incomplete delivery, please contact our customer service at info@maisonjacynthe.ca.

If a product is damaged during shipping to your home, please contact our customer service at info@maisonjacynthe.ca within 48 hours of receipt to notify us. We will provide you with instructions to resolve the problem. Any damage to the products after receipt is the customer's responsibility.

Returns are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

You can manage your subscriptions directly from your customer account on our online store. Once logged in, go to the "Subscriptions" tab at the top, followed by the "Manage Subscriptions" tab. You will be able to:

  • Update your payment and shipping information.
  • Change the frequency, quantity, or products in your subscription.
  • Skip or cancel a subscription.
  • Trigger an subscription order to be sent earlier to receive it faster.
  • Add or remove products from your recurring deliveries.
  • Add additional products of your choice to upcoming subscription orders.
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the “Subscriptions” tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click on “Manage Subscriptions”.
  4. In the “Active Subscriptions” section, select the subscription you wish to modify.
  5. Under the product format, locate “You get ____ of these _____”.
  6. Here, modify the quantity and/or delivery frequency according to your preferences.
  7. Click on “Save Changes” to save your modifications before leaving the page.

Suspending a subscription means temporarily pausing deliveries and associated payments, without completely canceling the subscription.
This allows you to resume the same subscription later, with the same products and settings, without having to recreate everything.
This is convenient, for example, if you're going on vacation.

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Go to the "Subscriptions" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click on "Manage subscriptions".
  4. Select the subscription you wish to suspend.
  5. In the active subscription section, find the "Skip" option.
  6. Click on "Yes, skip this order".

If you wish to receive your next subscription order earlier than scheduled, you can manually trigger an early shipment.

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Go to the "Subscriptions" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select the relevant order.
  4. Then, click on "Ship now."
  5. Confirm your choice when the confirmation message appears.

A new order will then be created immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email once payment has been processed.
Your subscription's next renewal date will automatically adjust based on this early shipment.

You can add more products to your upcoming subscription order without changing your main subscription. This allows you to try new items or supplement your usual order.

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Go to the "Subscriptions" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click on "View upcoming orders".
  4. Click on "Edit" next to the relevant order.
  5. Under "You might also like", click on the "Browse all products" option.
  6. Search for the products you want to add using the search bar displayed.
  7. Select the items you want to add.
  8. Adjust the quantity as needed, then click on "Add to order".

The added products will be billed and delivered with your next subscription order, without modifying subsequent orders.
