How does it work?

When you place an online order and use a delivery address close to one of our stores eligible for the 3-hour express delivery service, the 3-hour Eva delivery option will be automatically offered to you, in addition to standard delivery.

3-hour express deliveries are made 7 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays, but excluding public holidays. You will receive your package directly at your door via Eva, our delivery partner.

To take advantage of this service:

  1. Select 3-hour Eva Delivery when placing your order.
  2. Your order is prepared in-store.
  3. An Eva delivery person picks it up and delivers it directly to you.

You will receive a real-time tracking link to monitor the arrival of your order.

Delivery Hours

Depending on your Maison Jacynthe store's opening hours, your order can be delivered express within just 3 hours after preparation by our teams.

Deliveries are made according to the following schedule:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Track your order in real time

An email will be sent to confirm your order, and another one when it is ready to be delivered. This second email will include a tracking number to check the delivery status of your package.

Provide a valid local cell phone number when placing your order. This will allow you to receive a text message from Eva informing you that the driver is on the way, and you will even be able to track your package in real-time until it reaches its destination.

Please note that the carrier may contact you by phone via a private number to complete the delivery. Make sure to provide a local phone number when placing your order, as the carrier is unable to call international numbers.

Information to note to facilitate the delivery of your order

  • At the time of payment, make sure to provide a valid phone number (ideally a cell phone) where you can be reached if needed at the time of delivery.
  • 3-hour express deliveries will be completed at the front door of most homes. Deliveries to multi-unit buildings will be completed at the main entrance or in the building lobby. Exceptions will be considered by delivery drivers for exceptional situations.
  • Monitor text messages, emails from Eva, and private incoming calls.

A flat fee of $12.49 (plus tax) applies to all 3-hour express deliveries on maisonjacynthe.ca. For orders of $120 or more, 3-hour express delivery is free!

3 Why is the service not available everywhere in Quebec?
For now, we are conducting an initial pilot phase in certain areas. This pilot phase will allow for the gradual and effective implementation of the service. If the results are conclusive, we plan to expand the covered territory.
4 What if the 3-hour express delivery service is not available in my area?
Standard delivery is available throughout Quebec.
5 How can I change or cancel a 3-hour express delivery order?
An order in preparation cannot be modified or canceled. For any questions or issues related to your order, please contact 1 450 444-7644 or info@maisonjacynthe.ca as soon as possible.
6 What will happen if I am not present to receive my package?
To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure you are present at the delivery address during the three-hour window. Upon arrival at the destination, the delivery person will verify the address via the app, take a photo of the dropped-off order, and hand over your delivery. If you are not present, they will wait five minutes and attempt to contact you by phone via the app. In case of extended absence, the order will automatically be left at the delivery address in the most secure way possible.
7 What if the order I received is incorrect or damaged?

8 How can I track my 3-hour express delivery order?
Following your order, a tracking link will be sent to you by email and text message. You can click on the link to track the status of your order.
9 Can I have my package delivered to an apartment in a multi-unit building?
3-hour express deliveries will be completed at the front door of most homes. Deliveries to multi-unit buildings will be completed at the main entrance or in the building lobby. Exceptions will be considered by drivers for exceptional situations.
