Maison Jacynthe offers free delivery in Canada with all orders of $ 90 or more before tax.

For all orders of less than $ 90, the delivery charge is $ 9.50. The shipping cost for International orders is $ 28 (and we bear more than half).

For express delivery in Quebec by Purolator, the delivery costs are $ 12.50 for a basket of $ 90 or less and $ 7.50 for a basket of more than $ 90.

For the rest of Canada, the delivery costs are $ 22.50 for a basket of $ 90 or less and $ 12.50 for a basket of more than $ 90.

Maison Jacynthe offers free delivery in Europe with all orders of €300 or more before tax. For orders under €300, delivery costs €25.

REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

  • Orders are shipped only on working days, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
  • All our orders are shipped through Canada Post.
  • Shipping promotions are valid only for orders shipped to Canadian addresses.
  • Estimated delivery times do not include order processing time (1 to 2 business days*).
  • No order can be changed.

Standard delivery

The delivery times with Canada Post (Standard delivery) are:

  • Quebec and Ontario: 4 to 7 working days
  • Other provinces: 4 to 7 working days
Express delivery 3h

Order before 3pm and get delivery in 3 hours with our delivery partner Eva.

  • Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
  • Saturday and Sunday 11am to 5pm
Express delivery 24h

The delivery times with Purolator (express delivery) are:

  • Quebec: 24 hours (48 hours remote regions).
  • Canada: Express Service - 24 hours in major cities.
  • Road Service: 4-6 days in the West - 24-48 hours Ontario.

International Shipping Policy (Europe)

International shipping is handled by FedEx to ensure fast and reliable service.

Orders shipped to Europe may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and import fees determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

This update allows us to maintain stable product prices despite the significant increase in export-related costs and international logistics fees. Since customs and tax regulations vary from country to country, these charges are applied directly by local authorities or by the carrier at the time of delivery.

The estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Important – Refusal to Pay Customs Duties

If an order is refused by the customer due to unpaid customs or import duties, it may be returned to the sender. In this case, the costs associated with the return and handling of the package will not be refunded.
