- Morning Routine : Electrolytes (I also take half a spoonful of iodized salt since I will be going to the sauna), Tonic juice and Essential fibers
- Protein shake lunch with Adaptogens
- I take my green tea extract at the start of the day

Youth Drink in which I add Creatine , Serum to drink , and if necessary, Glutamine & for lunch, gourmet salad
Here are the supplements I take with a glass of H2 (2 lozenges) :
- 3 Magnesium : for calm
- 2 concentrated omega-3s & astaxanthin : essential, basic
- 3 D & K : Essential, Basic, Bone Health
- 3 Health Support - if my immune system is affected, I take 5 Total instead
- 2 Focus (otherwise I'll miss some!)
- 2 Menopause , I feel its positive effects the same day, I add Libido for the boost of life and added creativity
- 1 Eye Health and 1 Astaxanthin for my eyesight
- 1 Why minerals (I also take salt)
- 1 C (I also take Camu-Camu )
- 1 B12
- 1 Silica or 1 Hair Cocktail (I alternate)
- 1 Selenium with lycopene from tomato
- 1 Complex B (for energy)
- 1 Probiotics (note that the long term is important with probiotics)
- Twenty minutes before bedtime, I take a Melatonin (as an anti-aging product, I have no problem sleeping well)
