Yesterday I wrote this on the addicts page, I hope everyone involved will read it!
A question is raised about the price increase: "Do you think the products have increased or not? My lip pencils were 24.00 and now they are 33.00."
My answer: I'm allowing myself to answer you because I see the comments (even the allusions that it's because we have houses or more clients, as if we were abusing!), and your question, mentioned in this way, can be scary!
You are confusing lip liner pencils which are still $26 and jumbos which are $33 and have remained the same price, in both cases: the prices for makeup have not changed or increased.
Every year we have to increase the prices of certain products a little, depending on the cost of living, around 2 to 3%.
You will understand that we are very proud of this figure this year given inflation which is hovering around 8%.
This makes our customers very happy and, for the most part, very appreciative.
I would also like to point out that we did not implement these increases during the first year of the pandemic, as we were all experiencing this harsh new reality together. Despite the fact that costs everywhere were dramatically rising.
