Our high-end perfumes stand out, composed exclusively of rare and prestigious absolutes and essential oils shared by the greatest perfumers. Formulated and then bottled by hand. Out of the ordinary. To experience (so as not to wish for synthetics afterwards), to give as a gift. To accompany them, their scented body creams, enveloping and moisturizing; simply exquisite!

And here this morning , as Nathalie joins me to talk to you about it.

On Sunday, I took you on a tour of the house , from the bathroom to the bedroom, wardrobes, kitchen, hallway, entrance hall... telling you how we live our formulas on a daily basis.

Here's my daily routine first (I also offer budget versions), then what we find in each room.

Awakening :

- Mouth cleaning with oil (tongue scraper, sesame oil in which I put 1/2 bottle of Fresh Breath), I keep it for 15-20 minutes
- Beauty ritual:

• Cleansing with Cleansing Oil & Aloe Gel
• Rose water in ablution
• Marine infusion or sacred lotus , Phytocomplex , Triphase tensor fluid
• Neroli Serum
• Magnolia Cream
• (simple version: Cleansing Oil , Orange Water , Enhancer and again the Cleansing Oil in serum)

Morning wake-up : Yellow juice (or, at a lower cost, lemon juice in warm water), Electrolytes , Fiber

Lunch : Choco - vanilla - cocoa protein shake (to reduce the cost, we take fermented rice protein !)

Lunch : Fountain of Youth & Salad (with nuts, avocado, apple)

Per room:

Bedroom :

• Room fragrance (for the story, Boreal Forest or Reassuring ; for the sleep, Breathe Well ),
• Skin Perfume ( Reverie ), Balm that chases away Jonathan's worries ( Enchanting Balm ), Jungle Diffuser with Good Dreams (to keep nightmares away)
• Callus emulsion
• Pillow Perfume or Purifier in the sheets in the morning to "cleanse" our nighttime environments with lavender

Bathroom :

• Essential Body Brush , Shampoo & Conditioner , Soap & Shower Gel , Exfoliating Gloves & Back Band , After Sun (which I like to apply with the aloe gel)
• Lemon Cleaner & Shower Glass Cleaner
• Happiness fragrance to complete my household ( Fir , Patchouli )

• In the fridge: loose salad & fresh milk, orange juice (for the children's shake, I combine it with strawberries and fermented rice protein)
• Jonathan's Muffins (I replace part of the flour with ground almonds, another part with the same proteins & I use a good fat)

• MJ Repentigny : A customer tells us how happy her daughter is to have switched from shampoo to MJ. She had thinning hair and could see the back of her head. After a few weeks of use, she sees baby hair and much more volume.
• MJ Montreal : A client told us she loves the Exalting shampoo. She says it helps her wash less often and her hair feels lighter and less greasy.
• MJ Charlesbourg : A woman who is a regular at our salads told us today that she is very happy to have followed the detox because it really works and is very gentle. She continues to regularly eat large salads and Jaune Tonic juices.
• MJ Drummondville : A customer told us she loves the taste of our Mushroom & Adaptogen blend. She adds them to her protein shake and loves it! She's been taking it in the morning for a week and finds it gives her enough energy for the day.
• MJ Vaudreuil : Mrs. G., who changed her diet with our bulk salad and a few supplements, told us how happy she was to see beautiful changes in her body. She says her nails have never been so long, the regrowth of her baby hair (wow) and finally, her skin tone is much clearer. "I'm not giving up, it's so encouraging," she said!
• MJ Trois-Rivières : A customer came in to buy her favorite products and then mentioned that she never wears foundation because she finds the textures not liquid enough. So we suggested the Veil of Foundation. She tried it and found it perfect.
• MJ Vaudreuil : Sonia came to pick up the bulk salad she had ordered. She told us she had been having major health problems recently. She was suffering from a lot of inflammation. So she decided to give up meat, or almost all of it, for a while and add vegetables to all her meals. She feels much better. The stomach aches have disappeared and her energy is at its highest level ever.
• MJ Tremblant : A customer came to get the Rose Trio and told us she saw a huge difference in her rosacea.
• MJ Ste-Thérèse : A woman told us that she now climbs the four floors to her house rather than taking the elevator because the Collagen and Complete formula soothe her and give her energy. She has been taking them regularly for several months and wouldn't be without them!
• MJ St-Bruno : Jocelyne's husband told us that our melatonin had given him back his sleep, even though he was no longer sleeping and couldn't find any solution to help him. Thanks to MJ melatonin, he sleeps uninterrupted at night and his sleep is deep. He is very happy about it, and so is his wife! His insomnia is now behind him.
• MJ Repentigny : A client told us today that she loves the Marshmallow Emulsion. She uses it as a body cream, hand cream, and she applies it to the ends of her hair. She says her hair has never been shinier.
• MJ Trois-Rivières : A customer told us that since taking our magnesium, she sleeps very well, so much so that she recommended it to a colleague who was taking another company's magnesium, without any results. He came today to get it.
• MJ Vaudreuil : Mélanie, who has combination and "complicated" skin, as she likes to say, found the serum that makes the pimples that often appeared on the jawline no longer appear: the Magnolia Serum. This serum is wonderful for her. She told us that she mixes it with the Phytobaume été when she goes outside. She really appreciates the combination of the two.
• MJ Ste-Thérèse : A client told us that she really likes using the Doux Bébé conditioner as a hydrating hair mask. 1 or 2 hours before showering, she covers all of her hair with the conditioner and lets it sit. Then, she washes her hair twice and reapplys conditioner to the ends. Her hair comes out soft, moisturized, and super shiny.
• MJ Lévis : A couple came to buy Nasya. They love this product, which moisturizes very well and helps them with their seasonal allergies. The woman told me that as soon as she forgets to take her magnesium, she immediately feels spasms in her eyes.
• MJ Drummondville : Mrs. L. came this week to get Nasya for her child since allergy season is starting. She came to get a bottle today for herself after trying her little one's. She told us it was even more effective than what her doctor had prescribed. She left really happy and with fewer allergy symptoms!
• MJ Ste-Thérèse : Laurie, 13, came with her mother to renew her Pamplelune scented oil. She applies it every night without fail, and it helps her fall asleep. She's been doing this ritual for three years now.
• MJ St-Bruno : Sophie tells us that her daughter had a serious problem with dandruff on her scalp. She tried several treatments to get rid of it, but to no avail.
