Here is today's idea for cooking with black garlic !

Ingredients :

• 35 g black garlic
• 45g of our balsamic apple cider vinegar
• 25 g tahini
• 30 g maple syrup
• 15 g old-fashioned mustard
• ¾ g salt
• ¾ g pepper
• 50 g olive oil for final emulsion

Method :

• Mix everything in a food processor, except for the olive oil.
• Add the olive oil in a drizzle at the end to emulsify the vinaigrette.
