The optimal flow looks like this:

• on an empty stomach in the morning we take the essential fibers in juice (every day, fibers are essential for our good digestion, we should take 30 g per day of whole and effective fibers, of good quality like those of plants)
• we continue with a yellow smoothie (which can be made from rehydrated dried fruit)
• At lunch and dinner, we start our meals with salad
• The Complet is taken as a green juice (before meals and/or after training)
• in the evening at bedtime, take, every other evening and if necessary, 1 capsule of A mi
