Saturday morning, cocooning until 1:00 p.m., for Cyn's massage, meditation for me while waiting for mine at 3:00 p.m. for 90 minutes each. Following our massages, another 2-hour Hammam was planned for 6 p.m. to finish our day of care around 8:15 p.m. in a light and totally relaxed body. We prepared our little meal and had a small glass of wine with long and wonderful exchanges, it was a perfect relaxation. To end our weekend in sweet beauty on Sunday, a 60-minute infrared sauna completed this super mother-daughter weekend. We leave with a happy heart in a light and liberated body and mind. Before hitting the road again, we stopped at the sublime bakery as well as the soap factory, which is a 5-minute walk away. What a magnificent place to make your taste buds and our sense of smell dance. I admit that a week has already passed and I am still feeling the benefits.
