My ideal life sequence to be well, always!
At the heart of each of my days
Morning beauty ritual: radiance-boosting milk with exfopur.
I start with essential fiber and follow with smoothies (just fruit and water).
So I have great energy for my passions.
I register for an hour of training 4 times a week (it can be walking, dancing, running, etc.) after which I reward myself with the Complete that I mix with collagen and MCT oil to see my muscle mass grow (which matters the older you get).

On the road, I take the opportunity to linger by drinking green and yellow juices , chlorophyll with my MJ Tonic supplements
My lunch and dinner: gourmet salad
I enjoy being with my family who are connected to everything I do.
I compartmentalize and switch off in the evening.
Evening beauty ritual: with wrinkle massage and collagen mask
Bedtime ritual: magnesium supplement at bedtime, breathe well , protector , caramel fir butter , verbena chamomile and apple of api are on my bedside table.
