Should chlorophyll, aloe juice, and cherry juice be stored in the refrigerator? Yes, and we recommend using them within four weeks of opening.
Can you take green juice combined with chlorophyll? Chlorophyll is drunk separately in a bottle of water throughout the day.
When can you take Le Complet? As a snack or before training.
How many servings does a bottle of Complet make? 60 one-teaspoon (5g) servings
Can we take the Complet with just water? Yes
Complete, for children? As with adults, spirulina should be dosed gradually in children so that the body can get used to it.

For the smoothie, what should we use? Only yellow fruits (for the magnesium they contain and water - when I say fresh local fruits, obviously it's for summer) otherwise they can be found frozen: sea buckthorn, peaches, pears, etc.
Does wheatgrass contain gluten? Since it is the shoot and therefore the plant before the seeds form, wheatgrass does not contain gluten.
What does NPN mean? Natural Product Number (which means that its effectiveness and safety have been evaluated and approved by Health Canada before being approved for sale.
Are the products gluten-free? Yes
Are the products made with soy? No
Number of servings? Essential Fibers (350 g) = 70 servings of 5 g (one teaspoon), The Complete (300 g) = 60 servings of 5 g (one teaspoon), The Friend = 120 capsules = 1 capsule every other day = 60 days.
Carbohydrates in superfoods? This is not a question that really applies! Vegetables & sprouts (whole) are very low in carbohydrates (simple, nothing to do with refined ones either) rich in nutrients; as for essential fibers, their regular intake could help normalize blood sugar: the richness in fibers of psyllium (1) (active medicinal ingredient in our essential fibers) slows the absorption of glucose into the blood, therefore less insulin spike (which secreted in excess sends the signal to the body to store sugar as fat); we must see this diet with a new perspective!
In what order should the products be taken ? See the detox menu
Detox, why this word? Our definition of detox: eating a nutritious and highly digestible diet so that our body can perform all of its functions.
Where are the proteins in the salad? In nature, primates and other herbivores eat 4% of their protein in the form of insects. The Campbell Report (trans. of The China Study ) suggests a maximum of 10% animal protein, which is anyway broken down and stored as amino acids. Eating a variety of plant proteins, of all colors, and therefore broken down in advance into amino acids, would be the same for the body. When you think about it, any source of meat has been fed on plants. Ideally, salad (vegetables) should make up 80% of the meal. But after the salad, you can eat something else. Avocado, quinoa, wild rice, etc.
Why isn't everything 100% organic? If we can have all our food organic, we do it! Some unfortunately don't exist! I obviously asked for everything to be organic.
Are your new products exactly like the old products and/or how are they different?
It is obvious that there are similarities between superfoods. There are hundreds of companies around the world offering similar formulations; the active ingredients are very rarely interchangeable (and that's a good thing, they have proven themselves). We differentiate ourselves in the concentration, quality, process, purity and the judicious choice of some. It is important to be vigilant and make the right choice and choose the company or range that you trust. I started today and I intend to continue with you and present each of our choices, in total transparency. I assure you that I am a very demanding customer (as an informed consumer of superfoods for more than 20 years).
Regarding the 2 jars for maintaining a flat stomach and eliminating properly. Can it cause addiction?
Essential fiber: It's fiber! Fiber is addictive, but it's not habit-forming. For the Friend, Health Canada suggests one capsule every other day, as needed (for occasional use only).
Can you put chlorophyll in the elimination drink?
My friend, a prominent biologist and chlorophyll expert, taught me that it is best to consume the latter alone, throughout the day and 30 minutes after the elimination drink, since when taken with any kind of acidic juice, it coagulates and loses its alkalizing property. However, it could be taken with Essential Fibers only but without the juices. It can, however, be taken with lemon juice, which is alkalizing.
Are there pits in cherry juice?
No, there are no pits, because pits are not good. This is what Health Canada says about natural toxins in fresh fruits and vegetables. (2)

What are the ingredients in Essential Fibers?
Plantago ovata (psyllium) husks plus hibiscus sabdariffa flower, slippery elm bark powder and beet fiber.
Can Essential Fibers be taken at the same time as fruit?
They should be kept at a distance because if eaten too close to a meal they can also absorb some of the nutrients from the food, in this case the fruit.
Can natural supplements (vitamins, minerals, etc.) be taken at the same time as Essential Fibers? At least 2 hours before or after taking the fibers.
Can you become addicted to fiber?
According to the recommendations from this working group on fiber (3) : On average, it is recommended to consume 25 g or even 30 g of fiber per day. This consumption varies according to age, sex and socio-professional category. There is a fairly significant gap between recommendations and consumer reality. In Canada, the population consumes an average of 15 g of fiber per day compared to 17.7 in France; these results are well below the threshold for recommendation. (4)
1 tsp of Essential Fibers is equivalent to 2.5g of fiber, so we are still far from the goal, hence the importance of their quality (whole and raw), the fact that they are a mucilage also helps enormously and by combining them with the morning smoothie and the salad before each meal, we are right on target!
Some capsules are large to swallow, can the capsules be opened?
Here's pharmacist Jean-Yves Dionne's answer: In the world of supplements, there are no substances that are dangerous or too fragile for the capsule to be unopenable. The only problem will be the flavor of the ingredients or the irritating effect of certain ingredients, such as fish oils.
But there is no real risk, no more toxicity or changes in blood levels like with some medications. You could do this and mix the contents into a cold or warm semi-solid food, but not hot...
