My ritual upon waking
I present my three gestures and their benefits.
1- A shot of tonic yellow juice
My juice (ginger, turmeric, lemon, pineapple, cayenne) plays a gentle activating role: it awakens digestion and digestive secretions, warms & provides stimulation, and gets the body moving without putting it under stress.
2- One teaspoon of Essential Fibers in a little water

My gourmet lunch meal
This richly colored salad is composed of a multitude of different organic vegetables. Roots, leaves, crucifers, crisp greens, nuts, seeds, croutons, and crackers meet in the same bowl, creating a palette of colors, textures, and flavors that reflects a vegetal diversity that has become rare. We feel satiated, grounded, satisfied. The dressing, made with good fats and fermented elements, binds the whole together perfectly.
The greater the plant diversity, the greater the benefits. It's a simple way to increase quality of life simply by choosing richness and variety.

What I love most about this blend is the hydrolyzed marine collagen + hyaluronic acid (an important key: one helps the other perform better, hence the many testimonials received to date about an improved quality of life). It relieves discomfort like no other and makes a real difference for more lifted, supple, and comfortable skin, as well as an abundance of baby hairs.
