Women at the heart of the company
Maison Jacynthe is more than a company founded and owned by a woman. It is a company envisioned, built, and driven by women.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, founder Jacynthe René highlights a defining reality of the company since its creation in 2014.
Today, many of Maison Jacynthe’s key roles are held by women, including the head formulator, the director of the laboratory, the quality assurance lead, and the scientific director, as well as the teams responsible for customer experience and digital experience.
Across Maison Jacynthe locations throughout Quebec, this is equally reflected on the ground. The teams welcoming clients are entirely female, and the maisons are led by a woman who, for the past ten years, has embodied the brand’s experience and values for its clientele.
A strength that drives the company forward
For Jacynthe René, the strong presence of women across the company is a true strength.
Every day, these women play an active role in the company’s decisions and evolution. Their rigor, sense of responsibility, perspective, and commitment directly contribute to the strength and continued growth of Maison Jacynthe.
“I am deeply proud to see committed and talented women contributing to the decisions and development of Maison Jacynthe. Their perspective and involvement truly move the company forward,” says the founder.
Building with vision, instinct, and courage
On this International Women’s Day, Jacynthe René also wishes to recognize all those who help build organizations that are more balanced, inclusive, and representative.
For her, being a woman founder means, above all, having the courage to build something unique and to carry it forward with strength, instinct, and heart.
She salutes all those who, in their own way and within their own communities, help shape the world with vision, generosity, and integrity. Through determination, intuition, and commitment, women continue to build remarkable things.
