My exceptional kit (comes out to about $6.50 for the 3 routine steps AND the Shake, my first meal):
-Tonic Yellow Juice (one juice makes 7 shots, so a week's supply), approximately $1.78 per shot (ordered with express & refrigerated delivery service or via UBER)
-Essential Fibers (approx. $1.30 per serving)
-Electrolytes ($0.77 per dose)
-Then for the Shake (one scoop comes out to about $2.67)
- Plant-based milk base (like the yellow juice, this refrigerated base is ordered via special express delivery; $11 for 3 liters, so $3.67 per liter or $1.84 per serving)
- With the proteins
- If needed, Mushrooms & Adaptogens make a difference (around $2)
Benefits of my ritual:
- My juice (ginger, turmeric, lemon, pineapple, cayenne) plays a gentle activating role: it awakens digestion and digestive secretions, warms & provides stimulation, and gets the body moving without stressing it.
- Next come the fibers, in an intelligent way to structure the morning and support digestive balance, cleanse the system, and create a lasting feeling of internal lightness.
- I complete with a glass of water enriched with electrolytes, a touch of physiological maturity to: hydrate, support balance, promote more stable energy.
Then, I prepare my first meal of the day: This protein shake is simple, yet deeply thought out.
- An MJ almond milk base diluted with water (1/3 of a container for 1 liter of water)
- Two scoops of fermented vegetable protein — to nourish without heaviness, supporting with good, clean, stable energy
For stressful days, I add:
- Argan oil, for good fats, satiety, and stability.
- Mushrooms and adaptogens — maca, ashwagandha, lion's mane, reishi, rhodiola, astragalus… to support energy, clarity, and help me detach from stress, observing it pass with less impact.
A simple and intentional way to nourish oneself.
