Here's what I ♥ do in the morning and why (and you can see it doesn't take long - 1 minute and a half - to make such a big and beautiful difference, WoW)

• Oil pulling with my sesame oil into which I pour half a bottle of Fresh Breath for the pleasant side - oh how many dentists ask their patients what they are doing when one and the other are doing this.
• I drink (in hot or room temperature water) a pipette of electrolytes to really hydrate myself (to experience a difference in energy and clarity noted as if the electrolytes leave my machine).
• Tonic juice shot (lemon with turmeric roots & ginger) for the kick, the detox effect and to wake up my stomach, I love it, I can't miss it.
• Essential fibers to cleanse my system so that I feel good and also optimize subsequent assimilations; many testimonies come to us with the only Fibers that change life AND they can also act as prebiotics, so top top!
• Lunch: Protein shake , for me perfection, because it does not monopolize my energy to try to digest, on the contrary, the shake itself and the proteins support/tone digestion which becomes profitable, my philosophy behind my diet (I eat to have energy and feel good, the opposite does not make sense), I need protein to build my strength and I appreciate so much this calm energy that it gives me, what a change versus a lunch of carbohydrates AND it fills me up And I am at my best because of it all.
