Healthy Home Essentials

This morning, and always very happy to tell you about them, I presented to you my essentials for a healthy home ( to avoid traditional household products? ):

• Hand soap found here in the home section
• Body soap (bar or gel : experience our shower experience with two exfoliating gloves )
• Shampoo

To quickly clean the bathroom, for example:

• Room fragrance sprayed on surfaces (I have a weakness for Patchouli le Bohème)
• and the Purifying Formula , a few drops in the bowl

Other uses for Purifying Formula ( read here about the sanitizing power of the essential oils that compose it ):

• In the dishwasher
• Garbage can
• Dish sponge
• For children's toys (so you see me in the live attic to talk to you about the why and how of the beginnings of this formula, requested 19 years ago when I was pregnant with Louis; this formula, my household essential since, is the beginning of MJ)

Other household and laundry tips ( all gathered here )

• For wardrobes, I place my Cold and Flu Solution on small pieces of cotton.
• Air freshener or fragrance in boots, gloves, sports bags, equipment

Other uses of the Purifier:

• On the bed sheets in the morning
• Bathroom linens
• Carpet at the entrance

And wow, I was so eager to present this idea to you:
Sleeping on a lavender cloud & in a fir nest with

• Pillow perfume , to rest our head on a cloud of lavender (I also spray it on my son's comforter)
• Fir sheets , your idea immediately adopted to imagine yourself in the forest
• Daydream underfoot ("Hmm, it smells good, mom"), or the night perfume of your choice (Chamomile verbena & for the youngest, Pomme d'api) to also apply to the wrists to stay attached there

If we get a chill, I change my formulas for my Apothecaries (if they are so effective) on the night table :

• Medicated vapors to my little one's plexus
• Breathe Well Balm at the entrance of the irritated little nose
• Breathe well, sprayed in a veil above us or in pure version at the entrance of the nostrils of the adults
