Every morning, first thing, a large glass of water followed by fiber with apple juice picked from our home, otherwise a real orange juice or whatever I have on hand and after that, a huge smoothie, generally it's enough but sometimes I add either eggs (I do it on purpose to forget the toast that goes with it) or sprouted grain bread with almond butter and our honey (from our home, I endured them all summer).
What surprises me is the real desire to go and train very early in the morning: it's not unique, I read you and meet you but for me it's new, this energy that I have found is precious, I am dictating this text to Jacynthe quickly because I am going to walk in the mountains.
Yesterday I couldn't train because the day before yesterday, I did a second training session in the afternoon!!
I tend to take all my chewable supplements in the morning, I cheat, I take a lot, and at lunch, a very generous salad topped with nuts, eggs, meat bites (leftovers from the day before or the day before), cheese, MCT oil .
I take two complete with collagen , one after training and one in the afternoon; I take the other supplements in the afternoon, I leave them on the counter in sight (with the superfoods on the other side), it's part of my balance; I also take Pierre Haddad's formulas to help my metabolism. I find it fantastic to have all these tools to always have more energy, and I'm excited about the other compositions to come.
I train with our rice protein in milk (Jacynthe prefers to make her own vegetable milk, I take it in store-bought almond milk).
In the evening, I'll prepare a meal for the guys and me: fish or very rarely meat (before I ate it twice a day, I'm down to 2 times a week, maximum, I don't want it anymore) and I like to steal salad from my girlfriend, it makes a difference.
