Cellulite tips

Since Monday, we've been demonstrating the rituals to answer your questions: what are our tips for cellulite? for tightening skin pores? for regaining healthy skin when it's dull and asphyxiated? (and coming tomorrow morning, a lifting treatment)

So, here we are filming the gestures to tone the skin and reduce the appearance of cellulite . In summary:

1) for beautiful body skin and increased well-being, my essentials:

• dry brushing ($18.90) & the following superfoods:
• Essential Fibers & The Friend ($58 for both) first then quickly,
• The Complete ($48) and the Collagen ($49)

2) then, we have two specific formulas to reduce the appearance of cellulite, they work in a complementary way:

• Draining ($32) which can be applied - without massaging - in the morning (unless you are going to be exposed to the sun afterwards)
• the Spicy Choco & Coffee Fluid ($36) which we enjoy in the evening, applied locally followed by scraping movements with the Gua Sha stone ($15) or by massaging with the fist

NB the Ayurvedic Serum ($77) will also have an effect on the appearance of cellulite and can be applied to the entire leg... the entire body in fact, for a total well-being effect.

3) an invigorating supplement to discover: Oxypur oil ($57) applied before the shower (after dry brushing) to oxygenate, like a Scandinavian forest bath, and remove dead skin; we will then continue its action in the shower with the exfoliating gloves ($11) (we also have the exfoliating strip for the back ($7)); and then, for the spa/hammam effect after the shower, the Ayurvedic Serum completes an extraordinary thermal effect (Oxypur is invigorating, Ayurvedic, enveloping); by the way, you can take the mixture of Oxypur flavored salts ($7) which you can empty all at once into your bath.
