Here are some studies ( cited here ) describing the properties of these oils:

• Eugenol is one of the main constituents of clove oil. A large body of recent scientific evidence supports traditional medicine's claims that eugenol exerts beneficial effects primarily associated with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. Based on the data collected in this study, eugenol represents a very interesting bioactive compound with broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity.
• A study to determine the antimicrobial activity of certain essential oils on bad breath has provided evidence that cinnamon oil may be a promising substance to incorporate into oral hygiene products to control bad breath.
• Another study, this time, demonstrated the synergistic antibacterial, antifungal and antioxidant efficacy of the combination of cinnamon and clove oil.
• For ginger essential oil, its gingerol-related components have been reported to possess antimicrobial and antifungal properties, as well as several pharmaceutical properties and antioxidant activity.
• Clinical and experimental studies have confirmed the antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, antimalarial, anticonvulsant, hepatoprotective, antiparasitic, insecticidal and nematocidal activities of nutmeg essential oil.

Preparing my Plant Protein Shake

Complete, highly satisfying, digestible and cost-effective.

I was looking for something that could make a difference to you directly, so that this weekend or the next few days you would find yourself well, as you have been looking for for a long time.
