Key elements that change everything!

This week, we are integrating - here as a special - into our invigorating experience towards our full potential:
- The Liver Detox Supplement (to support our central metabolic factory!)
- Probiotics (crucial for adequately nourishing our intestinal flora)
- And dry brushing of the skin (my essential both for the skin and for the important lymphatic drainage during the detox period)
At the same time, I shared a word with you here about the menu offered during our detox since the vegetable proteins on the program for next week have arrived in the specials so that you can have them with you on Monday.
We avoid sugars and processed foods; we favor digestible proteins and good fats at each meal.
This is how I organize my days to benefit from wonderful energy each time:
- Morning Routine: Electrolytes , Yellow Juice & Fiber
- Lunch: Protein shake
- Lunch: Fountain of Youth & Gourmet Salad
- Dinner: Blue Zone - all our recipes are here . And here , our MJ grocery store.

Now in pictures, a typical day unfolds and the key elements that make a difference in my life:
⇒ 6:50 a.m. - My morning routine
- Oil pulling (tongue scraping before ) - 10 minutes
- And at the same time: facial stretches
- Then Yellow Juice , Electrolytes and Fiber
⇒ 8:30 a.m. - I set aside a few minutes for a cold water swim
It is -18 degrees Celsius in Quebec.
The water is always between 1 and 2 degrees (it freezes).
Every morning I go there.
I never find it easy!
But I couldn't do without it.

I also do hot, very hot!

Very very pleasant during.
