To regain energy and lightness, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the gourmet detox for 21 days ... after which, I believe that you will always want to continue because you will feel so good.
My detox is simple, delicious, and easy to integrate. No dieting or calorie counting. Instead, it's good lifestyle habits, with or without superfoods, that make the difference.
Here's how my detox went, without any fuss :)
The goal: to always feel better in our body to make everything easier, to be fulfilled and to shine.
- 1- In the morning on an empty stomach: lemon juice (Yellow Tonic juice or homemade lemon) then Essential Fibers
- 2- Shake with 3 options: the smoothie or Collagen + MCT oil, or Protein + MCT oil (and if you are hungry, eat!)
- 3- Gourmet salad (10-12-14 sprouts/vegetables/herbs/varied with avocado, seeds, nuts and whatever you want!) to start lunch and dinner (so take whatever you want after, ideally focusing on protein and good fats)
- 4- THE FRIEND at bedtime, if necessary.
