Marie-Pier shares her tips with us:
Choco-spiced and coffee fluid:
It relieves my menstrual cramps. I apply it all over my stomach and lower back. It warms me up and I crave that cocoa smell during those moments.
Chocolate mask:
When I have headaches, I apply it in a thick layer. On my forehead, temples and around my eyes, the effect of peppermint really feels good.
Honey the Protector:
I take it by the spoonful, it's delicious and soothes throat irritations and I love mixing it with cocoa in hot water.
Light legs:
When my condition doesn't allow me to move, I apply it and put my legs in the air to stimulate circulation. I also use dry brushing.
The soothing formula:
I apply it after my IV treatment on the injection site. I am a very difficult person to prick and when I have an injection site that works, I want to keep it for a long time. After my treatment, I always get bruises that last until the next treatment. It is not pleasant to get pricked on bruises. I had the idea to try the soothing formula, I apply it after my treatment and again before bed and I never bruised again. My boyfriend had surgery on his nose and every day, I applied the soothing formula and the inflammation remained super well controlled. It went down under my finger. And now the boyfriend loves the smell because it reminds him of the times when I took care of him.
Breathe well inhalation:
It always accompanies me in my mask. It calms me. And when I feel nauseous, especially in the car, I breathe it directly from the bottle; it helps me a lot.
Breathe Well Balm + Medicated Vapors:
If my anxiety level is high or I feel more emotionally sensitive, I apply the Breathe Well balm mixed with medicated vapors to my solar plexus. It helps me control the rise in stress. And it feels really good on my back when I have muscle pain.
Defense:
When I have a treatment I will also apply Defense topic under the feet and Nasya + Defense inhalation. I take my tools to try to prevent catching something and the ritual of all applied before that makes me happy.
The bobome:
It's my favorite on the lips. And I love applying it to the entrance of my nostrils and the tip of my nose, it relieves dryness. It's really nice with masks.
Vetiver deodorant on fruits:
I spray it liberally. It's the scent of a lover, and it reminds me of the comfort he brings me when he's near me.
Shower :
The place where I really manage to recharge is in the shower. After a treatment, I jump in as quickly as possible. I regain possession of myself and erase the traces of others on my body. I really like to accompany myself with Jacynthe's homemade scents. I keep several options for myself and I go according to the moment, I love mixing scents. I really like to spray Breathe Well in my shower before getting in.
On my bedside table:
Apothecaries and more than a dozen room sprays. I love it with my lover, choosing each evening and making blends. We also use aromatherapy roll-on fragrances; we have Rêverie and Sapin caramel for my lover and me, then Pomme d'Api for the boy. I always apply it under my feet by rolling the ball to draw a heart. I've always done it this way, and when I apply it to myself, I tell myself that I love myself.
So here are some little things I like to do to make myself feel good. I do things very intuitively and I listen to my desires.
