I have been using Maison Jacynthe makeup for 3 months.
I started by testing the products during an outdoor beauty shoot in natural light. This allowed me to familiarize myself with the range and textures by creating natural and soft makeup on my models:
- The complexion fluids blend with the skin, the concealer, although covering, does not mark fine lines, the powder mattifies and sets without thickness, the blushes, terracottas and highlighters sculpt and enhance the complexion naturally: the result is fresh complexions.
- the eyeshadows have a soft texture that is easy to blend and the colors are vibrant, the pencils are easy to apply, their retractable tip allows for precise eye contouring, the eyeliner is intense, its tip offers a line from the most natural to the most graphic without difficulty, the mascara dresses the eyelashes well and holds very very well: as a result, the eyes are highlighted in a subtle way, the look becomes vibrant and deep.
- The lipsticks are moisturizing, comfortable, they last well, the color range is very wide and all the shades are luminous: the result is plumped and beautifully colored lips.
This first session allowed me to create delicate makeup, the colors remain vibrant despite strong light. The models appreciated the textures, the smell of the products, the feeling of having nothing on the skin and the comfort of the lipsticks, it was very hot and the makeup lasted all day!!!
For my second session, still outdoors, I started with more fashionable makeup, mastering the materials better, I dared to be more creative, I pushed the colors, mixed materials: foundation fluid and foundation compact to accentuate the sculpture, put lipsticks under blush to densify it and make the color vibrate, put baby oil as a gloss, concealer (with a brush) in the mucous membrane of the lower eyelid to enlarge the eye: in short, all the products can be mixed and can be diverted from their primary function because everything is organic: it's great!
The team was delighted with the result and found it hard to believe that it was with organic makeup that I achieved an editorial look!
I loved this shoot, the products are magnificent, they give me a glimpse of multiple creative perspectives and I am in agreement with my values: I take care of women, their skin, the planet, the environment and animals!
The products are simple, elegant, effective, it's excellent!
