BEFORE LUNCH: ELIMINATION DRINK
In a shaker with a little water and unpasteurized or natural apple juice, add: Essential Fiber / 1 tsp + Aloe Juice / 1 tbsp + Cherry Juice / 1 tbsp
BREAKFAST : YELLOW SMOOTHIE (Fruits and water only)
DINNER : VARIED SALAD
Vegetable tray of + 14 vegetables, add parsley, coriander, microgreens... (80% of the meal). After the salad, if needed: avocado, quinoa, wild rice (20% of the meal).

BEDTIME : THE FRIEND
Take 1 capsule of the Friend , Health Canada suggests 1 capsule every other day, as needed (for occasional use only). If the desired effect is not obtained, take up to one dose daily. Take a single dose at bedtime. Take a few hours before or after taking medications or natural health products. Allow 6 to 12 hours to notice the laxative effects.
SNACK : UNLIMITED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
Before training or as a snack: Juice (from a juicer) or with Le Complet. Throughout the day: favor alkalizing drinks like peel broth, chaga, liquid chlorophyll... Cravings: Nuts, 70% dark chocolate, dried fruits. Make your own plant-based milk and No to mucoid foods: cereals, bread, pasta, muffins, soft bars, cheese, yogurt.
