Episode 6 : Home Spa & "Slow Cosmetics". In this episode, we show you how to do a facial for all skin types: sensitive, normal, acne-prone, cystic, and for pigment spots. Autumn, when the skin has thickened during the summer (sun, wind, etc.) and the sebum solidifies as the temperature drops, is the ideal time for this facial treatment.
We also improvise gourmet and colorful sandwiches with Stéphanie Audet, chef of the LOV restaurant (to garnish everything, we stop at Avril to discover the fauxmages) and, finally, we make charming seasonal bouquets with Marie-Josée Lizotte, florist and owner of Rose et Romarin (I love the idea of using hydrangeas as a "base" for bouquets!!!).

I have a feeling it will be widely shared for its common sense revelations ("we eat too much protein") both about our ideal diet and about high-performance training (too much is not good). Here is our men's special... for everyone!

I welcome Josée-Anne SC who tells us about her inspiring journey as a former shopaholic now a fan of minimalism (who now lives in Brittany and surfs surrounded by her lover and baby).
