So this morning I was telling you the difference between dehydrated skin that lacks water and dry-alipic skin that doesn't produce enough oil.
You can have oily, dehydrated skin. Water loss in our cells is a condition, not a skin type. Heat and sun exposure, like other factors, can dehydrate our skin, making it uncomfortable and causing more wrinkles. It's thirsty.

How and with what water should we saturate our cells to prevent them from becoming "withered"?

To restore good hydration and balance sebum (so for both dry and oily skin), choose rose floral water , soothing gel and cleansing oil or jojoba oil (for a total of $70.50 for the 3 products).

AND follow these steps morning and evening:
-cleanse your skin by mixing the oil (cleansing or jojoba), the floral water and the gel; take the time to soak your skin well and see fine lines fade, smooth your skin; the sensation is sublime
-rinse with a damp washcloth
-spray the floral water or wear it on your skin by ablution
-apply a pinhead of gel to see your skin cells swell
-seal with cleansing oil or jojoba oil which balances and soothes the sebaceous glands, therefore fabulous also and especially for oily skin and/or skin with spots
