Live yesterday morning , I presented to you the items from my grocery selection on special.
We created this section in our stores to make life easier: here's everything I use from morning to night (so also legumes, yeast, seaweed, nuts).
You can find everything in our stores or you can order online on the site - Fine Food in the MJ grocery menu at the top right - or choose Meal Box to receive at home in 24 hours all this and to your taste, what we prepare in our kitchens by hand with these ingredients that make sense.
As promised, I took the time to prepare this new Cooking show with my meal preparations for morning, noon & evening.

Conference: Tools to take control of your health
I am so happy to announce three conferences with my partners from recent years, our favorite formulators to whom we owe wonderful life changes.

- April 6, 2025 - Quebec - Hotel Le Bonne Entente
- April 13, 2025 - Laval - Sheraton Laval
Conference time: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
I'll be on stage with Jean-Yves Dionne, who will present what he takes to feel good, and Dr. Pierre Haddad, who will explain metabolic health and the tools to find and maintain it. We'll then answer popular questions.
On site, pop-up shop which will open at 11 a.m.
Nathalie will be there to guide you through your care and will give a presentation at 11 a.m.
Our makeup experts will also be on hand. Karine will give a tutorial using the full range at noon.
You are welcome to visit our pop-up boutique, even without a ticket.
