This morning , Anne-Julie told us about our melatonin, with which she can now sleep through the night:

Among the whole range of products I use, another one of my recent favorites is Melatonin. I can't even explain how much I love it haha! I'm a light sleeper and I'm fine with that. But for a long time, I was always waking up between 3-4 a.m. with mild anxiety that made it so I couldn't get back to sleep. It seems like this is the time of spiritual awakening. Chef Michel will be on hand! He'll prepare meals and snacks to enjoy on-site or take home.

Jonathan, 7 years old, will be at the lemonade & snacks kiosk (prepared by chef Michel) and will take the opportunity to hand out toys among the subscribers to his YouTube channel .

I'll be arriving at 1 p.m. with Dr. Pierre Haddad. This is also a great opportunity to discuss ways to improve our quality of life.
