For this second week, we are integrating the Fountain of Youth . It is still on special here until Wednesday morning at 9 a.m.

Monday begins our third week of detox! New Year's Detox Menu 2024
Here I present our detox menu (which is mine for the year). It will obviously remain the common thread and is interchangeable, adjustable, depending on - these are modular reference lines:
- Morning Routine: Electrolytes , Yellow Juice & Fiber

- Lunch: Fountain of Youth & Gourmet Salad
- Dinner: Blue Zone all our recipes are gathered here .
Wonderful novelty for the night
The Enchanted Forest room fragrance , designed to calm children, like Jonathan who was afraid of falling asleep, afraid of nightmares. It accompanies " Good Dreams " which I diffuse at bedtime. You can tell them that it brings together the essences of a magical forest of majestic conifers (and I left a space on the bottle for you to write "its power"). The scent of fresh pine, mixed with the sweet melody of lavender, allows them to escape into an imaginary world.
It is available now online and has already arrived in our homes in Ste-Thérèse, St-Bruno, Vaudreuil, Repentigny, Tremblant, Eastman, La Prairie and Montreal (for the others, by Friday).

Back with Pascale so we can put an end to her spots!
