This morning, at our 10am meeting on our Facebook page here (you can find me there live every day, at 10am and 9pm), I read you some excerpts from Sonia Blondeau's book "Au Cœur des Essences - Quand les Huiles Essentielles s'invitent en milieu hospitalier." which tells the story of Catherine Maranzana, a qualified nurse who introduced essential oils into the Civil Hospitals of Colmar in Alsace.

Inspired by this book, here is the collection of essential oils - pure* - to have ( you will find them here online ):

  • diffused in all the rooms of her house, she used during the "epidemic of the dreaded flu A" in 2009: ravintsara & eucalyptus radiata known for their anti-infectious properties
  • to have: Italian helichrysum (to be placed in a base of vegetable oil like jojoba), with anti-inflammatory, healing & especially anti-hematoma properties

To help with my diet, I rely on Le complet , my "greens" , the best there are, including organic spirulina first (in 100g we have 65g of highly assimilable vegetable protein), then chlorella, top food & chelator, then everything I put in my green juice with in addition wheatgrass, elderberry (wonderful antioxidant from here), shoots & watercress for the skin. When I don't have access to my salad, I take 1 to 3 per day.
