Vitamin E:
This natural antioxidant helps protect vegetable oils and butters from going rancid.
The addition of vitamin E is therefore recommended in all preparations containing sensitive oils and in formulas of balms and oily mixtures, whose shelf life it will extend.
Vitamin E also has a very interesting role on the skin: it is an excellent anti-aging active ingredient, particularly recommended for dry and mature skin and in after-sun repair treatments.
PROPERTIES
Antioxidant: protects oils and butters from going rancid.
Anti-aging: blocks the action of free radicals on the skin, in particular reducing cellular damage linked to UV exposure.
Anti-inflammatory activity on the skin (useful in cases of sunburn, erythema, etc.)
Helps maintain skin elasticity and hydration by strengthening the skin's hydrolipidic film.
Improves skin microcirculation.
