My menu to feel good

Mon menu pour être bien

Here is my article on how I regained my energy and a flat stomach

In summary, the base is found in Essential Fibers & the Friend (reduced by $8 so all the sets containing it too, and no need to rush to buy them, it will stay that way) found here or with the complete here . The first two formulas allow good digestion which, in my humble opinion, makes the rest possible: comfort, well-being, energy, beautiful skin, assimilation of nutrients...

On an empty stomach : I take essential fibers (in juice - apples or cherries - doubled with water) in the morning and every morning for my whole life, they make the difference and we must take fibers - these are raw, whole, reduced to powder to create a fine mucilage which takes care of the "housekeeping", in a beautiful formulation also including hibiscus: energy comes from an unobstructed body .

I continue with one or two smoothies (because I don't really take any other sources of carbohydrates in my day, I don't really consume pasta or bread, rice...) especially yellow fruits (long live sea buckthorn, rich in carotenes).

Lunch and dinner: my gourmet salad to which I add avocado as a good fat and seeds, nuts, more sprouts and microgreens...

And as a "paid" snack , in the bottom of our orange juice doubled with water, I put a good tablespoon of Complete, one of collagen then 1 teaspoon of TCM oil

There you have it! You know everything! I have an abundant source of nutrients, highly absorbable proteins and good fats, all in a digestible and profitable version, my philosophy.

When I first started the "invigorating, energizing comfort" shift by incorporating superfoods into my diet, I religiously took Ami (whose medicinal ingredient is Cascara Sagrada, a bark) every other night before bed, as recommended by Health Canada. Then, I no longer needed it. I now take it occasionally (once a month, when the food I eat is sticky and difficult to digest, like after a pasta dish!).

Wishing you this well-being,
