Solutions for the different axes of aging

Solutions pour les différents axes du vieillissement

Following up on the discussion with Pierre on the 5 aspects of aging, here are some possible solutions to slow down the effects of aging.

Lifestyle is a priority (let's think that the majority of diseases that affect the population are so-called lifestyle diseases (and not genetic), so we have power over them.

From the outset, lifestyle ensures the proper functioning of the various systems.

For over 10 years, I have been sharing the principles of a lifestyle that feels good.

In summary:

Meaningful food, colorful plant-based, protein-rich & rich in good fats - movement - being surrounded by an inspiring community - having a positive attitude & pursuing your goals (reflections provided from Breathe Happiness ).

In both a specific and holistic way, we can add to help:

1. Metabolism : Metabzen (and Gluconig in prediabetes) Pierre Haddad, researcher, presents his two formulas here!

2. The immune system (and therefore the intestinal flora) : Fibers & probiotics (Glutamine, in case of repair and essential supplements), immediately, Vitamin D and Omega, Magnesium, if our analyses demonstrate a deficiency.

Glutamine, helps with repair

3. The vascular system : sauna sessions

4. Physical strength at the joint level : Hydrolyzed marine collagen, while proteins and creatine act more at the muscle level.

5. The nervous system : eliminate as much as possible chemical substances (deprescription accompanied by your health specialist. Taking certain medications is linked to neurological degeneration and others, cardiac) and also eliminate as much as possible heavy metals (aluminum, lead, mercury, arsenic, etc.). Focus nourishes brain functions.

Focus helps improve cognitive functions of memory and performance

Infrared sauna sessions detoxify the metabolism of certain metals : Selenium & Melatonin, Silica and B12 are also specific tools.

Heavy metal detox

Selenium & lycopene from tomatoes, antioxidants, nutricosmetics & UV

Melatonin, a tool in the anti-aging kit

There is also a link between flora and the nervous system 1 : promoting good bacteria optimizes the quality of one's life.

Oil pulling can also have an interesting effect on the immune system and the nervous system.
What is oil extraction or oil pulling?

Generally speaking, resveratrol affects gene methylation and the modification of histones (proteins that surround DNA and also play a role in their control and therefore in aging). 1,2 Muscadine contains resveratrol, which has demonstrated anti-inflammatory properties (which may be useful in the case of Parkinson's disease). It also plays a cardioprotective role. 3
