To regain my energy, here is what made a difference for me , but also for so many of you who tell us daily about the difference it made in your lives. So many other elements made a difference and could have been listed here, but as I look back on my journey over the past 15 years, here are the ones that made THE difference for me:
  • Go outside, move, breathe well
  • Eliminate what is difficult to digest: in my case, gluten
  • Add salad to my menu: lunch and dinner, as a meal or before it
  • Green Juice , “my fountain of nutrients”, before meals: fresh (from the juicer) or Complete
  • Lemon juice in the morning: homemade or Tonic Yellow
  • Essential fibers every morning and the Friend as needed: for me, energy comes from an unobstructed body
  • Adding MCT Oil to my diet
  • And the B Complex in active version
