If you need a change, to find yourself, to feel good about yourself, to multiply your energy, simply, without depriving yourself, without counting, here is everything you need to support your metabolism and fulfill you.
Two principles drive my philosophy: performance & nutrient-dense food to support our metabolism and fill us up.
So I rely on perfect plant proteins, good fats (which suppress hunger, nourish the skin and support energy production in the body), antioxidants, beauty ingredients & an abundance of colorful vegetables in the form of a gourmet salad (to replace undernutritious side dishes).
Concretely, it happens easily and conveniently as follows:
1-On an empty stomach in the morning: lemon juice & essential fibers (for performance)

Limited budget? You can reduce the amount of vegetables (one addict found 7 vegetables for $50 and the equivalent of 10 meals), in the morning, on an empty stomach, in herbal tea, lemon juice and as fiber, opt for flax seeds soaked in water (you drink the gel), then continue with a fruit smoothie (I allow myself the smoothie too since I don't really take any other sources of carbohydrates during the day). If you are hungry (the goal is not to be hungry, so eat!!!), eat what you want while trying to focus on proteins and good fats (for example, nut bread, avocado or nut butter).
