- and yesterday morning, while Valérie is doing us so much good : "I am 35 years old, I have a wonderful 7 year old little girl and I live in St-Jacques in New Brunswick.
A little over a year ago, everything changed for me. Several difficulties and personal trials led me to depression. My system was then very weakened and I was struggling with various side effects such as fatigue, lack of energy, digestion and sleep problems to name a few. I had a blood test at the end of November 2021 where several deficiencies were detected in vitamins, an imbalance in white blood cells... It was at this moment that I decided that I had to regain control of my whole being (body & mind). I then integrated super foods (essential fibers, whole, vitamin D and Omega 3).
I had another blood test done at the end of May 2022 (6 months later) and just got the results this morning. Everything is back to normal and my blood test is TOP or even better than most people in some areas. My doctor told me "I've never seen such a big change in such a short time!"
