Rest assured: no animal testing is done, nor is there any harm to them. Our extracts are plant-based.
The vegetable oils that make up our face and body care products have been widely used by millions of people for decades and, in some cases, for centuries by indigenous peoples (when we think of Chilean rosehip for example). As for "our" essential oils , they have also, for the most part, been used for centuries; rose and sandalwood are good examples. Thus, all these ingredients have largely demonstrated their safety over time. Testing on animals is therefore completely unnecessary. What's more, this type of testing costs a fortune and is rather carried out by very large companies in the cosmetics industry who verify the safety of a new active ingredient that they wish to include in their next cream, skincare product, or other.
What's more, we like to joke that we are our own guinea pigs (especially Luc) since we live with our products for months before putting them on the market. Jocelyne, a beautician who has worked with Luc for 22 years, is particularly picky as she is allergic and extremely sensitive to cosmetics.

Unlike creams that have to use emulsifiers and therefore cannot boast a high percentage of active and natural ingredients, I like to note that 100% of our ingredients are (no water is included in our products either).
Read the ingredients of our face & body care products and compare... across the world! Their quality and related benefits (in terms of the work accomplished by their vitamins and essential fatty acids) are unbeatable (and at a highly competitive price), that's something to be happy about!
