Yesterday, I presented my morning routine here , perfect for starting the day off on the right foot:

• A shot of invigorating yellow juice to wake me up - and my stomach - while also achieving a welcome effect with turmeric and ginger roots.
• Essential fibers (they alone are life-changing!) for cleaning and feeding my microbiota in an ideal dose of polyphenol-rich hibiscus.
• Water & electrolytes (expected return in 2-3 weeks) - while waiting we can also take a mineral capsule in our glass.
• And my famous protein shake !

• MJ Drummondville : Mrs. S. came to get our Glutamine for her intestines because she has a lot of problems in that area. Since she started using it, she has noticed a big change in her digestion. She is more than satisfied with this product!
• MJ Ste-Thérèse : A customer bought the Coquette nail polish for her daughter today. She fell in love with the color so much that she decided to treat herself to it too!
• MJ Drummondville : Jazmin loves the Chococo Massage Oil she received as a Mother's Day gift. Her husband massages her neck with this oil, and the tension she had is almost completely gone. She also loves its chocolatey scent, which makes her think beautiful thoughts.
• MJ Charlesbourg : A customer was raving about our probiotics today. She's never had such great results as with MJ. She no longer has bloating and even told us she's in a better mood!
• MJ Trois-Rivières : A woman came in to get another Callus Emulsion. She told me that she normally gets a pedicure every 3 weeks and that she's been looking for a product to help her cracked heels for 40 years. This is the first time she's noticed an improvement with a product. She's really excited and is asking for a bigger jar of this emulsion!
• MJ Montreal : Mrs. B. came to pick up our Magnesium. She had suffered from migraines for years and told us that since taking two capsules a day, she no longer has migraines.
• MJ Chicoutimi : A customer purchased the Callus Emulsion to try it out. She came back today to share her feedback with me. She loves it! Her feet have never been so soft; they're ready for summer!
• MJ Drummondville : The last time Ms. Blanchard came to see us, she felt she had a cold and a chesty cough. We introduced her to our Apothecary corner, and she left with, among other things, Medicated Vapors. Today, she was proud to tell us that it had worked wonderfully for her and that the product had made her chesty cough disappear.
• MJ Ste-Thérèse : Diane came to us to buy her detox products because she started this process a month ago. She already feels many effects in her body. Her energy is improved. She says it's a balm in her life, that she feels rejuvenated. She said, "I won the million!"
• MJ Ste-Thérèse : Julie told us that she bought the Soothing & Protective Balm for her mother, who has hand eczema problems. After just a few days, she couldn't believe the improvement. She also appreciates the fact that the product doesn't leave a greasy film on her hands.

• MJ Repentigny : A customer shared with us that she uses Doux Bébé shampoo to wash her body in the shower. She has a lot of eczema, and it's the only thing she's found to calm her itching.
• MJ Chicoutimi : A customer told me today about her favorite product: the Super Defense Powder, which made a big difference for her. She had a bad case of the flu that she couldn't get rid of. A friend recommended this product. She took it, and almost instantly, all the symptoms disappeared, as if by magic!
• MJ Ste-Thérèse : Huguette recently discovered MJ and told us that since using the Gold serum, her skin has never been so beautiful. A woman came by to get Merci Gaulthérie. This weekend, she could no longer walk due to back pain. While visiting her daughter yesterday, she applied our wonderful product. She arrived today on both feet, so happy to have regained her mobility!
