Here they are:

• Aloe Vera Gel (or Glow Gel , the same base but enriched with an aromatic formula to illuminate the skin)

This is how to take good care of our skin.

My travel essentials

Earlier this week, I told you about my travel essentials here - which is to say, I can't live without them, even for a day or two!

So here are some formulas with which to begin the MJ adventure!

• Beauty ritual (in a small, very practical discovery format): Cleansing oil , Rose water , Marine infusion as a moisturizer, Neroli serum (because it is fabulously regenerating after sun or just for that matter! Just like the Rose serum ; I love Neroli, spring-like and energizing; it is distributed here by the big brands, the same when I was in Morocco in March, it takes us on a journey).
• I always bring my natural soap , two if I'm going out for longer.
• Callus Emulsion (I enjoyed its soothing effect at the end of the day!) & Mystique Body Emulsion for this trip - I might favor shampoo and conditioner if I was going away for longer.
• Apothecaries that I always have on hand: Cold & Flu Solution , as soon as I feel a chill or a sore throat, it breaks it immediately, I like essential oils on the plane too, this solution AND Breathe Well Inhalation , a drop at the entrance of the nose; I have the impression that the mixture of essential oils watches over me, protects me in addition to doing me good, relieving me and soothing me. Soothing Formula and Bobôme : even for a day in Quebec, I will have them with me; this time, they repaired the tops of my feet, badly damaged by the kilometers of walking! If a pimple appears, they can also help me.
• Complete & Citrus Collagen in an ultra-nutritious energizing Fountain of Youth and Chocolate Protein in a sustaining gourmet breakfast (and even for lunch! These two drinks allowed me to save two meals a day during my travels).
