My wife is a big fan of Maison Jacynthe products, and I must say that I secretly try her products a few times hihihi. It must have been a month since I was occasionally taking what she calls the "fountain of youth" - a mixture of the Complet, citrus collagen and TMC oil - before my sports training. And frankly, I am amazed at the changes it brings to my body. I noticed a clear improvement on the days when I had a water bottle (Pepito, of course) in my bag.
