How is your detox going?
Yesterday morning , I told you about the two principles that drive my philosophy: yield and nutrient-dense food.
For 16 years now, I have been improving my diet to reach the peak this year and marvel at it: perfect plant-based proteins, good fats (which suppress hunger, nourish the skin and support energy production in the body), antioxidants, beauty ingredients & an abundance of colorful vegetables in the form of a gourmet salad (to replace undernutritious side dishes)
Concretely, my detox goes as follows:
1-Lemon juice & Essential fibers on an empty stomach in the morning (for performance)
2-Youth Drink (Complete, Collagen, MCT): for excellent nutrition! (I prepare it here, very simple and so good! )
3-Gourmet salad to start the meal: ditto!
4-The Friend in the evening if necessary (for performance)
