I often talk about a 3-week diet, but I live like this year-round. It's just one step, or two, to incorporate into our eating habits. So much the better if it encourages us to make better choices.
Let's start today (I'm so excited after a week away from my salad, thank goodness I had my superfoods with me!!!). with essential fibers if you have them then with a yellow smoothie (only fruit and water). Here 's the process (and the why and how).
