After posting my photos on the beach with my Detox drinks, I received criticism about my shape!

This is my situation, the one in which I am happy (for never having been so happy in my body), the one that I chose.

I don't promote thinness and I never will.

I gained a bit of muscle, yes, I needed it, I like the feeling, I like myself like that.

If I am photographed (by my boyfriend, without makeup, without hair, in a swimsuit), that I am the spokesperson for my company, that I am in top form (and I intend to go further), I am not going to hide!

I share with you everything I do: my lifestyle that I like to follow to the letter because I am happy with it, my workouts 3x week (on the Instagram page MJTonic - very true way too, without fuss) for 4 years! It is my life mission, I can neither have another speech, nor be another person, nor present myself in another form than the one that is the result of all this!

So I invite uninspired critics to change positions!
