Choco shea body scrub, here is the recipe:

Melt two tablespoons of chocolate shea butter over your candle (as for the homemade collagen mask described below), mix in a container double the amount of coconut sugar with fine salt then slowly pour in a little of the melted shea butter (not all at once so as not to melt the sugar) then according to your taste, add rose petals or lavender flowers.

*Foot bath with ylang-ylang (sensual accomplice ????, sun scent, relaxing for the central nervous system, helps to take action and restore confidence) or true lavender (benevolent, antidepressant, invites relaxation and prepares for sleep.)

* Homemade salt

*Chocolate mask:

Melt a tablespoon of shea chocolate over a candle (in a small chocolate fondue bowl or diffuser), test the temperature on your wrist, obviously it should not burn because you apply it hot to your face, then put on a warm washcloth and leave for 5 minutes; you can repeat the mask two to three times to give wonderful elasticity to the skin and deeply moisturize it. Treat your hands and feet while you're at it, you'll be delighted!

*For the foot bath recipes and homemade salt, you will need these 4 essential oils: true lavender, rose geranium , cedarwood, tea tree and the recipes are in the Aromatherapy Handbook.

*To see the spots disappear, watch Amélie's video and use the cleansing oil and the Dermopur formula.

Here is an idea for a spa ritual suggested by Naomie, our beautician: ''What I love to do is bring my essential oil diffuser in which I put eucalyptus essential oil, then bath salt and lavender petals in a nice hot bath accompanied by the shea butter mask because the heat of the bath dilates our pores and I open the window slightly to create the sensation of hot & cold like at the spa!''

Here is a little homemade recipe with shea chocolate that was shared with us by Mélanie L.: A hair mask! I mix and gently heat 1 tbsp of shea chocolate, 1 tbsp of coconut oil and 1 tbsp of olive oil. I coat my hair, put on a hot towel and cover with a shower cap. I keep it on for 20 minutes and then I shampoo. My hair is really beautiful, my hairdresser compliments me on the condition of my hair and it's been 5 months since I had my hair cut and my ends are still in excellent health!
