As a spring treatment and year-round maintenance, here are our allies for fabulous skin on the legs and body, which breathes, is soft, elastic and smooth: dry brushing , exfoliating glove , La Drainante and Le Fluide Choco épicé & café .

Where to start? Dry brushing and an exfoliating glove

Either one of these tools, or both, as they complement each other wonderfully, in daily care: dry brushing will stimulate, while the glove, with its texture, will dig a little deeper into dead cells and lift them off, revealing soft and luminous skin. The dry brush and the glove are superb care tools to use before applying La Drainante and the Spicy Choco & Coffee Fluid.

Dry brushing : Before each shower, dry brush from your feet to your buttocks, including your arms, back, and if you wish, very gently brush your stomach and décolleté. Although one brush is more than enough, for the ultimate experience, you can remove the handle and use two brushes at once! Note that at first, you might find the brush stiff, but over time, you get used to it and can't do without it! Find out more about dry skin brushing here .

Exfoliating glove : in the shower this time, we put on an exfoliating glove (2 is even better!) and put a dab of one of our fabulous natural shower gels on it. We go over the whole body, without forgetting the feet, knees and elbows which we see softening day by day. Since we wash our skin every day, why not turn this moment into an oh so wonderful experience by doing it with this accessory that we can use again and again. And you will look forward to your next shower! The exfoliating strip for the back is also a really interesting accessory.

To go a little further: the Drainante and the Spicy Choco & Coffee Fluid!

Our formulas to improve the appearance of cellulite, complementary and heavenly, to continue the daily experience and smooth the skin of the body: we use one or the other, or both, to regain and maintain smooth skin and reduce the appearance of cellulite. Several ways of proceeding are available to us. It is possible to use the same formula morning and evening, as a treatment at the start (for example, 5 days a week for 3 weeks) and as maintenance thereafter (2 or 3 times a week); or one formula in the morning and the other in the evening. Some use the Drainante on a regular basis, 5 days a week. However, it is important to note not to use the two formulas one after the other.

The Draining Oil : Our formula to reduce the appearance of cellulite, which works more on the surface. The essential oils contained in the Draining Oil, along with massage, help smooth the skin. Some have also reported a firming and lifting effect when using it. We already know how beneficial it is to apply an oil to our skin after showering, so why not do it with this one! We continue the experience by massaging locally, on the areas we want to work, in a circular motion. We finish with a massage, effleurage upwards. The Drainante is a beautiful formula to start with, a magnificent woody scent with spa aromas.

Spicy Choco & Coffee Fluid : on a gel base, a light emulsion that penetrates quickly and, accompanied by a good massage, will act more deeply than La Drainante. A spicy chocolate espresso scent will accompany this treatment: cocoa absolute, coffee absolute, essential oils of cinnamon, ginger, turmeric and a little vanilla. Apply the Fluid to the areas to be worked on and then scrape with the Gua Sha stone or your fist to tone and break down fatty deposits. Massage the area well while respecting your sensitivity. It should remain comfortable and pleasant. This works on the appearance of cellulite but also on the beauty of the skin. Note that some may feel a heat when applying it.
