Milia grain, why?

Grain de milium, pourquoi?

First of all, what is a milia grain?

These are retained secretions that could not be evacuated due to lack of communication (water).

People who have milia have so-called asphyxiated skin (unable to metabolize due to suffocation and caused by lack of hydration).

How to ensure good exchanges if our skin is already congested, here is what is important to respect in the ritual:

  1. The choice of textures. Choose the appropriate serum (pink or neutral jasmine, both richer, for alipic skin; the others: rose, vetiver, ylang & neroli are suitable for oilier skin). The serum may be too rich or applied incorrectly (do not apply it with your fingertips but with your whole hand!)
  2. Always apply the serum or any oil to skin previously soaked in floral water or spring water.
  3. Always massage until completely absorbed. Your skin should feel comfortable, fresh, and velvety (not shiny). The oil can be absorbed but can stagnate in an already blocked orifice and accumulate until it causes a microcyst or milia. A few sprays of floral water or Eau de Teint or Apple/Grape Water to finish applying the serum ensures good absorption, while providing a boost of radiance.
  4. Cleanse your skin thoroughly beforehand and ensure there is no residue. Moisturize between each step of the treatment.
  5. Exfoliate regularly, without overdoing it. Exfopur is the ideal ally in this situation.
  6. Recommended 2 treatments per day (morning and evening) to decongest retained secretions and provide sustained hydration
  7. Drink water...
