Adelaide's Travel Kit

La trousse de voyage d'Adélaïde

Adélaïde presents her travel kit, her tips and tricks for traveling well organized and accompanied by all her essentials.

Although she would like to bring everything and travel with a suitcase containing all of her Maison Jacynthe products, she has to make wise choices. She has created reminder cards that she shares with us to make sure she doesn't forget anything and has everything she needs to take care of herself during her many travels.

Adélaïde travels with 4 pouches, the contents of which she explains to us: one for toiletries, one for her medicine cabinet, one for her makeup, and one for various products.

Toiletry bag:

• Jojoba Oil: So versatile, this oil is essential for her. She uses it to remove makeup and cleanse her face morning and night, for her hair masks as well as for her body. On this subject, she shares the following tip with us: for a nourishing 2-in-1 moisturizer, she mixes Jojoba oil with her aloe vera gel that she uses morning and night for her body skin. In the evening, she adds a drop of Peppermint essential oil to soothe her legs tired from long days of work.

• Aloe gel: for the face, body and to shape your beautiful curls.

• Floral water.

• Serum: the Neutral Serum that she likes to bring with her since she finds it versatile and she can even apply it to her young daughter or the Rose Serum for a sunny destination.

When it comes to serums, she loves the 15ml size for travel. She originally bought a 15ml serum and has been reusing the container ever since.

• Deodorant.

• Exfopur and Honey Mask – Cardamom: Adélaïde brings her masks because when she travels she often finds herself alone, without family and without responsibilities other than work. She therefore takes advantage of this to take care of herself, especially after the plane trip to give her skin a boost of radiance.

• Coco Lip Scrub: morning and evening for her very sensitive lips. She fills her small container using the large size of Coco scrub.

• Vanilla Shea with Zinc.

• Shampoo and conditioner: she transfers them into small containers.

• Sesame Oil and Fresh Breath: which she mixes together in a small bottle for Oil Pulling.

Pharmacy Kit:

• Breathe Well room spray: for the hotel room and for the pillow.

• Breathe well inhalation: at the entrance of his nostrils for his allergies.

• Nasya: in the morning to protect and in the evening to clean after days in polluted cities and dusty factories.

• Peppermint essential oil: she uses it to relieve leg pain and if she has a headache.

• Tea tree essential oil: for small spots.

• Honey the Protector.

• The Soothing Formula: for redness caused by wearing a mask, for burns and sunburn as well as for spots.

Defense topic: For pain, this is essential for Adelaide. She adds a roll-on tip to her bottle and applies it to her pain before using the Gua Sha.

• The Friend.

• Complete and Collagen: which she transfers into small plastic containers.

Makeup kit:

• On personal trips, she will only bring the Complexion Radiance (concealer is a must for her), mascara and lipstick.

• For a business trip, she will add eye makeup like the Tape-à-l'oeil palette.

• Brushes.

“Miscellaneous” kit:

• Exfoliating glove.

• Washcloth.

• Body brush: for dry brushing, it removes the handle so it takes up less space.

• Gua Sha stone: for the face and pain.

Other tips and practical information:

Tinted Water: on the plane, to freshen up. It's an excellent travel water since it contains glycerin to help retain moisture on the skin.

She brings the Gua Sha stone on the plane: since she has time and to work on tense areas due to bad posture.

She transfers almost all of her products into smaller containers to save space: shampoo, conditioner, aloe gel...

The Exfoliating Glove is a travel essential. With it, she doesn't need to bring a body scrub.

She likes to use transparent bags so she can clearly see her products and quickly find what she needs.

She shared with us some tips for her magnificent hair:

Her discovery of the day: she doesn't completely rinse out her detangling conditioner, her curls have never been so well defined!

She only needs to wash her hair once a week, but she will always shampoo twice.

On the scalp, she makes masks with Jojoba Oil, La Soyeuse and Oxypur on occasion to exfoliate.
