What I do to have more energy

What made a difference for me energy-wise:

  • start my day with a smoothie or the one in the video
  • cut out gluten (cook with gluten-free flour)
  • eat vegetables (cold and hot) with my gourmet sauce or on my quinoa in the evening
  • add green, or better yet, treat yourself to green juice (the juice extractor is the only investment you need for a tonic kitchen) or even in the form of algae (chlorella, spirulina, nori, etc.)
  • stretch in the morning
  • breathe well
